Currently, we have limited appointments for the both MODERNA & JANSSEN vaccination for all persons deemed eligible under the county set criteria. To book an appointment, go to our appointment page here.

How to prepare for you COVID-19 vaccination visit:​

• Bring a form of identification (Driver's license, birth certificate, or State ID)

• Complete the pre-screening questionnaire via the appointment link

• Bring your pharmacy insurance card

• Expect the whole process to take up to 30 minutes (15 minute is observation time if no history of anaphylaxis from vaccinations

• If you are feeling sick the day of vaccination, consider re-scheduling to a later date

• Please arrive wearing a face covering
